Bolaji Agbede began her professional career in 1992 at Guaranty Trust Bank, rising to the position of manager by 2001. Subsequently, she served as the CEO of JKG Limited before joining Access Bank in 2003 as an assistant general manager. Over the years, she played pivotal roles, managing the bank’s chemical trading companies’ portfolio, heading group human resources in 2010, and later becoming the executive director of business support in 2022, making her the most senior founding executive director of Access Holdings.

Agbede’s career highlights include successful involvement in mergers and acquisitions, overseeing the bank’s expansion into 12 countries with over 40 million customers.
